​I am a qualified, BACP-registered psychotherapist offering online and in-person sessions for individuals. I provide a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I value building a trusting therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively to understand your experiences, needs, and goals. My relational approach draws on psychodynamic and person-centred theories, helping us explore how past experiences shape the present, while staying attentive to what matters for you in the 'here and now'.

Fees £60 per session.
