As an experienced counsellor, my approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and emotionally attuned. I help clients with trauma, stress, and emotional support. I work with people who’ve spent too long feeling responsible for everything - people whose needs were too often ignored, and who are only just starting to wonder, “What if it wasn’t me?

I know how disorienting it can be to unravel the threads of emotional manipulation. But I also know how deeply life can change when you begin to trust yourself again.

Sessions are available online or in-person, and I welcome all identities, relationship styles, and backgrounds.
