About Me

Experience

Therapy isn't about me giving you advice or solving your problems for you but rather it is about enabling you to find the best way to move forward emotionally and psychologically from a place of stuckness. My training has given me the scientific knowledge founded in psychology to understand human behaviour combined with counselling skills to facilitate change. There are numerous therapeutic approaches but I strongly believe that there is no one 'right' approach, which is why I integrate several evidence-based theories to what might be best suited to you.

I am flexible in offering both short-term (between six and twelve sessions) as well as longer term therapy, which is something we will discuss during our initial meeting and reflect upon throughout sessions.
