About Me

Based in Northamptonshire, I offer a calm and supportive space to talk where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. Together, we can explore what feels most important. Many people seek counselling when facing anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, or relationship challenges. Therapy offers a chance to slow down, reflect on who you are, and gain clarity about how you want to move forward. At your own pace, we can talk things through, explore your feelings, build confidence, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

My approach is grounded in person-centred and trauma-informed principles. I support people navigating bereavement, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Whether you're making sense of the past, adjusting to change, or simply taking time to pause and reflect, I can integrate creative and CBT methods into our work together.

I offer sessions online, face to face in a choice of two locations, or walk-and-talk therapy outdoors, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable. If this sounds like what you need, I’d love to hear from you. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling clearer, more supported, and more connected to yourself.
